Bahij Bandar

Bahij has an extensive hospitality background spanning over 20 years from hotel operations to food and beverage. He has domestic and international experience in the hotel business working for 6 major brands in the past 2 decades. His passion and drive to succeed landed him an executive position at Le Meridien in Kuwait at the age of 24 achieving top customer service awards 2 consecutive years. He grew his occupancy by 7 points as a Hilton Hotel Corporations General Manager in a down economy through building strong relationships with different accounts and focusing on delivering the needs and service his guests required while staying at the hotel or holding meetings. Bahij believes the most effective success comes from knowing who your client is, listening and understanding to what their needs are and building trust through a positive client experience.
